• Physical & Health Metrics: User-provided height, weight, age, biological sex, activity level, and dietary preferences. Used exclusively to compute Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and personalized macro goals.
• Food Images & Nutritional Logs: Meal photos, volumetric analysis outputs, and timestamped food logs.
• Health App Data (Optional): Steps and active energy synced with Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) when explicitly authorized.
• Purchase Information: In-app purchase receipts, token balances, and subscription entitlement status managed via Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, or RevenueCat.
• Device & Diagnostics Data: Device identifier and basic app diagnostics to prevent fraud, maintain session state, and ensure app stability.

3. Apple Health & Google Health Connect Compliance

We respect the sensitive nature of your health and fitness data:

• Data accessed from Apple Health or Google Health Connect (such as daily step counts) is used strictly to provide in-app health and activity insights.
• We never sell, rent, or disclose your health data to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or data mining platforms.
• Health data is never used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

4. Generative AI & Food Image Analysis

NutriSnap utilizes advanced vision artificial intelligence (Google Gemini Flash) to estimate food volumetrics, macro breakdown, and recipe suggestions:

• Food photos and text prompts are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to AI inference endpoints.
• Your private food images and health logs are not used to train public generative AI foundational models without your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure and service providers operating under strict privacy agreements:

• Google Firebase: Secure cloud authentication, database hosting (Firestore), and cloud functions.
• RevenueCat: In-app subscription receipt validation and entitlement management.
• Google AdMob: Privacy-compliant advertisements for free-tier users, adhering to App Tracking Transparency (iOS) and Google Play Ad policies.

6. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)

You have full control over your personal data at all times:

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated food logs, meal plans, and profile records at any time directly inside the app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This triggers immediate and irreversible deletion of your data from our active databases and authentication systems.
• Web / Email Deletion Requests: You can also submit a complete data deletion request by emailing support@trynutrisnap.com with your registered email address. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
