1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the NutriSnap mobile application or website (trynutrisnap.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
NutriSnap provides AI-assisted visual food logging, nutritional analysis, and meal planning recommendations. All insights are generated for general wellness and nutritional educational purposes only.
3. User Accounts & Data Deletion
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app via Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account or by contacting support@trynutrisnap.com.
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing
NutriSnap offers optional premium features, including unlimited AI scans and custom meal plans, accessible via auto-renewable subscriptions ("NutriSnap Pro") and consumable token packs.
- Billing & Payment: On iOS devices, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. On Android devices, payment is processed through Google Play Billing. On web browsers, payments are processed via approved secure payment processors.
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Open the Settings app on your device → tap your Apple ID / Name → tap Subscriptions → select NutriSnap and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → tap Payments & subscriptions → tap Subscriptions → select NutriSnap and tap Cancel subscription.
- Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's paywall or settings screen.
- Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform on which the purchase was made (Apple Media Services Terms / Google Play Terms of Service).
5. Medical & Health Disclaimer
NURTISNAP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE OR DIAGNOSES. The nutritional analysis, calorie calculations, macronutrient breakdowns, and diet suggestions are estimates derived from visual AI analysis and USDA reference databases. Consult a qualified medical doctor or registered dietitian before making dietary or fitness changes, particularly if you have specific dietary restrictions, allergies, diabetes, eating disorders, or medical conditions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, abuse free trial systems, or violate these Terms.
