Please read this Creator Program Agreement carefully. By checking the box "I agree to the Creator Terms & Conditions" and registering as a Creator in the NutriSnap App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Participation & Onboarding Eligibility
To participate in the NutriSnap Creator Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide a valid, active PayPal email address capable of receiving commercial payments.
- Complete the required identity verification, including the biometric selfie liveness scan, prior to requesting any payout withdrawals.
- Keep all account and profile registration details accurate, current, and complete.
2. Commission Structure & Earnings
Referred User Commissions: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you will earn a commission of $1.00 USD per month for each unique referred user who registers using your custom vanity referral code and maintains an active, paid monthly Premium subscription plan.
Qualifying Subscriptions: Commissions are only earned on paid subscriptions that have cleared through our payment processor (RevenueCat/Stripe/App Store) and are not disputed, refunded, or subject to chargebacks.
Subscription Expiration: If a Referred Customer cancels, expires, or fails to renew their subscription, your recurring commission for that customer immediately ceases.
3. Payout Terms & Biometric Verification
The minimum balance required to request a payout withdrawal is $10.00 USD. All payments are processed in USD via PayPal. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by PayPal.
Mandatory Biometric ID Check
To prevent fraud, identity theft, and satisfy financial compliance regulations, you must complete a live **Biometric Face ID Liveness Verification** at the time of each payout request. You explicitly consent to providing a live captured photograph (selfie) to be analyzed by our AI system (Gemini) to conduct a face match and anti-spoofing liveness check. Payout requests will be blocked if verification is rejected.
4. Anti-Fraud & Self-Referral Policies
NutriSnap maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. Self-referrals (registering your own accounts using your code) and deceptive tactics (bots, automated scripts, click-farms) are strictly prohibited.
Any detected fraud or manipulation will result in immediate termination of your Creator account, permanent ban from the NutriSnap platform, and forfeiture of all pending and historical earnings.
5. Promotion Guidelines & FTC Disclosure
You may promote NutriSnap on personal social accounts, blogs, and communities. You must not bid on search engine keywords containing "NutriSnap" or engage in email spamming.
You must comply with FTC disclosure rules. Wherever you share your vanity link, you must include a clear, prominent disclosure indicating that you earn a commission if they subscribe (e.g. including #Ad, #PaidLink, or "I earn commissions on signups").
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
7. Liability & Indemnification
NutriSnap provides this program "as is". Our maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you during the preceding three (3) months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriSnap from any claims arising out of your promotional methods or breach of this Agreement.
8. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination at will, any verified balance over the $10.00 threshold will be paid out. If terminated for cause or fraud, all accrued earnings are immediately forfeited.
